Terms and Conditions

1. General

When you shop at wool2fit.dk, you must accept our terms and conditions. We therefore recommend that you read the terms and conditions before making a purchase.

The online store is open 24 hours a day, but may be closed due to maintenance. We try as far as possible to carry out such maintenance during the night hours. An order placed on a public holiday will be processed on the following working day.

All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and incl. VAT.

2. Payment

You can choose whether you want to pay with your VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, Anyday and MobilePay.

No fee is charged for payment on wool2fit.com. The amount is only debited from your card when the goods are shipped from wool2fit.com. A larger amount can never be withdrawn than what you have approved at the time of purchase.

Card payments in this shop are certified via DIBS Payment Services - a guarantee that the payments comply with international regulations from Visa and MasterCard International.

3. Delivery

When ordering in our shop, the order is packed and shipped as quickly as possible and normally within 1-2 working days. We strive to ship orders placed before 12 PM (on regular weekdays) on the same day. The normal delivery time to Danish addresses is 1-2 working days after dispatch from our warehouse. During high season or major campaigns, longer delivery times may occur. Should you experience delays, we will of course keep you updated on your order's delivery status. All goods are sent with GLS or PostNord. All goods are delivered as long as stock is available.

We reserve the right for printing errors, errors in inventory management or price changes.

4. Delivery costs

For orders over DKK 500, products are delivered free of charge to GLS.
For orders under DKK 500, delivery costs are DKK 35 to Danish parcel shops, DKK 35 to Danish business addresses and DKK 50 to Danish private addresses.

In order to continue to offer the best possible quality in terms of delivery, we have chosen a traceable shipping method. This entails some delivery costs, but in return you also have the security of being able to track your delivery via a GLS number.

5. Exchange

Regardless of whether you need to exchange or return items, you must send them back to us at the address (wool2fit, Bransagervej 10, 9490 Pandrup) and have your money refunded. We process the shipment express, and you can expect us to initiate the refund within 24 hours of receipt. Therefore, you can immediately order what you want instead and receive it faster than with a traditional exchange. You can also wait until we have refunded the amount.

6. Right of withdrawal and Returns

At wool2fit.dk, we naturally follow all applicable laws and consumer regulations regarding e-commerce, and often more. According to the law, you "only" have a 14-day right of withdrawal + an additional 14 days to return the goods if, within the first 14 days, you notify that you want to return the purchase.

At wool2fit.dk, we have gone a step further and offer a 100-day full right of return on all unused items from the date of receipt - that's what we call good service!

The right of withdrawal expires 100 days after the day you:

  • received your item
  • get the last item in physical possession, when it is an agreement on several different items, which are ordered in one order, and which are delivered individually
  • get the last lot, or the last part in physical possession, when it is an agreement on delivery of an item, which consists of several lots or parts


You must notify us within 100 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase. The notification must be given by email: service@wool2fit.com. In your message, you must clearly inform us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. You are also asked to use our standard withdrawal form and send it back. You cannot withdraw by simply refusing to receive the item without at the same time giving us clear notification of this. You are welcome to refuse to receive your package or fail to pick it up within GLS's storage deadline. However, you should be aware that in such a case, we will deduct DKK 99.00, which corresponds to GLS's return handling fee. We therefore recommend that you receive the package and send it back yourself.

You must send your order back to us without undue delay and no later than 100 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must bear the direct costs of returning the item.
When returning, you are responsible for the item being properly packaged. You bear the risk for the item from the time of delivery of the item.

Condition of the item when you return it.
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the item, which is due to handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and function of the item. In other words – you can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store.

If the item has been tried more than what is described above, we consider it used, which means that upon cancellation of the purchase you will only receive part or nothing of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the item. In order to receive the full purchase amount back, you must therefore do the same as you can in a physical store. You may try the item, but not actually use it.

If you cancel your purchase, you will of course get the amount you paid to us back. In the event of a depreciation for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase amount.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (however, not additional costs resulting from your own choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), without undue delay and in any case no later than 100 days from the date on which we received notification of your decision to withdraw from this agreement. We will make such a refund using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back, unless you have provided documentation that you have returned it before then.

What should I send back?
You must attach a copy of the order confirmation. Processing will be faster if you also fill in our standard withdrawal form or enclose the return slip.

Note! We do not accept packages sent cash on delivery.

7. Complaints

At wool2fit, all items are checked before shipping. If there should still be an error in the expedition, we refer to the procedure described above under "Right of withdrawal and Returns".

When you shop at wool2fit.com, you have a 24-month right to complain. In other words, you can have the item repaired, exchanged, refunded or receive a price reduction – depending on the specific situation. It is of course a requirement that the complaint in question is justified, and that the defect/shortcoming has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damaging behavior. Returned items with complaints are rectified / replaced by new delivery within one week of receipt. If the replacement item is not available, the paid amount will be credited within one week. Complaints must be made within "reasonable time" after the defect / shortcoming in the item has been discovered. If a complaint is made within two months after the defect / shortcoming has been discovered, the complaint will always be considered timely.

8. Personal data upon purchase

When you make a purchase on wool2fit.com, we collect the following information: First and last name, address details, phone number and your email address. This information is used exclusively for the processing of your order. The information is not stored encrypted, nor is it transmitted in encrypted form. If you wish to delete this data, please contact our customer service. Your credit card details are encrypted, and these are not stored. If you enter your mobile phone number, you agree that we may contact you by SMS with information about your order. Please note that you accept our personal data policy when you use wool2fit.com – including our use of cookies.

In connection with your order, we pass on your name and email address to Trustpilot, so that a review email can be sent on our behalf to evaluate us on Trustpilot's website. If you, as a customer, choose to submit a review, Trustpilot becomes the data controller for the submitted information.

The personal data is registered with wool2fit.com and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted. We also cooperate with a number of other companies that store and process data. The companies exclusively process information on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.

You can always be informed about what information wool2fit has about you, and you can also object in accordance with the Personal Data Act.

You can always ask to be removed from our mailing lists – or to be completely removed from our databases. In that case, please send an email to service@wool2fit.com. The personal data will be stored until we receive notice to the contrary.

9. Cookies & web statistics

At wool2fit.com, we use cookies to investigate how our website is used and to simplify and improve your visit. Furthermore, we use cookies to complete orders in our webshop. The information in the statistics is anonymous and cannot be attributed to named users.

We use web statistics on wool2fit.com, which means that a statistics system collects information that can give a statistical picture of how many visitors we have, where they come from and where on the website they leave etc. The web statistics are used only for the purpose of optimizing wool2fit.com.

10. E-marketing and newsletters

You will only receive e-marketing material and newsletters via email if you have actively requested it. All newsletters we send out are provided with an unsubscribe link at the bottom.

You will never receive marketing material via regular mail from wool2fit.dk
