Refund policy

 

We make wool shoes we stand behind. If something isn't right, we want to make it right — with as little friction as possible.

The 100-Day Promise

You have 100 days from the day you receive your order to return any unused item for a full refund. This applies to all markets we ship to.

We pay return shipping. You don't pay anything to return a product — whether you're in Denmark, Germany, Sweden, or anywhere else in the EU we ship to.

What Condition Items Must Be In

To qualify for a full refund, the item must be:

  • Unused and in substantially the same condition you received it

  • Free from signs of wear, stains, odors, or damage beyond what's necessary to establish fit and quality

  • Returned with all original tags attached

  • Not washed or altered

You can try the shoes on in the same way you would in a physical store — walk around your home, check the fit, make sure they work for you. If the shoes show use beyond this (outdoor wear, dirt, wear marks on the soles), we may reduce the refund to reflect the reduction in the item's resale value, or decline the return entirely. This is consistent with Section 24 of the Danish Consumer Contracts Act (Forbrugeraftaleloven).

How to Return

If a return label was included in your package

Your original shipment includes a prepaid return label. To return:

  1. Fill out the return form included in your package. Indicate which item(s) you're returning and the reason.

  2. Pack the item(s) in suitable packaging — the original box is ideal.

  3. Attach the return label and drop the package at any GLS parcel shop. You can find your nearest one at gls.dk (or the equivalent site in your country).

If a return label was not included

You can generate a free return label at wool2fit.com/pakkelabel. Then follow the same steps above.

Please include a copy of your order confirmation or note your order number inside the package — this helps us process your refund faster.

Refund Timing

We fast-track returns. Once your package arrives at our warehouse, we aim to initiate your refund within 24 hours. The refund is issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, the refund may take an additional 3–10 business days to appear on your statement.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we confirmed your refund and you haven't seen it on your statement, email us at info@wool2fit.com with your order number and we'll investigate.

Partial Returns

If you ordered multiple items and only want to return some of them, that's fine. Just indicate clearly on the return form which items you're returning, and we'll refund only those.

Damaged or Defective Items (Warranty)

Inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or is the wrong item, email info@wool2fit.com within a few days of receipt with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement, repair, or refund at no cost to you.

Separately, you have a 24-month legal right to complain (reklamationsret) under Danish and EU consumer law about defects present at the time of delivery. This right is in addition to our 100-day return policy and does not affect it. See Section 7 of our Terms of Service for more.

EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

Under Article 9 of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, customers in the EU have a statutory right to cancel an online purchase within 14 days of receipt for any reason, without justification. Our 100-day return policy is more generous than this minimum and applies automatically — you don't need to invoke the 14-day right separately. If for any reason you prefer to rely on the 14-day right, the same return procedure applies.

Returns from Outside the EU

The 100-day return policy also applies to orders shipped outside the EU. However, please be aware:

  • We pay the return shipping, but you remain responsible for any export fees, customs paperwork, or re-import duties levied by your country when sending goods back

  • Customs duties you originally paid on delivery are not refundable by us — they are collected by your country's customs authority, and you may need to apply for a refund directly with them

Items We Don't Accept Back

At this time, all our products are eligible for return under the 100-day policy. We do not currently sell gift cards, final-sale items, personalized products, or perishable goods. If this changes, this section will be updated.
