Terms of service

Welcome to Wool2fit. These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of wool2fit.com and your purchase of products from our store. Please read them carefully before placing an order. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Who We Are

Wool2fit is operated by dialogo.dk, a sole proprietorship owned by Thomas Glerup Kristensen and registered in Denmark under CVR number 15854588. In these Terms, "Wool2fit," "we," "us," and "our" refer to this business. "You" refers to the customer.

Our registered business address is: c/o dialogo.dk, Karlsbergvej 85, 8940 Randers SV, Denmark. You can reach us at info@wool2fit.com.

2. Products

We sell handmade wool shoes and related products. We make every effort to display product colors, materials, and details accurately, but colors may appear differently depending on your screen and settings. This is one reason we offer generous return terms — see Section 6 below.

All product descriptions, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse orders at our discretion.

3. Prices and Payment

Prices are displayed on the product pages in the currency selected at checkout. All prices include applicable VAT for EU customers. Shipping is free within the EU. For shipments outside the EU, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees levied by the destination country (see Section 5 and our Shipping Policy).

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Visa, Mastercard, and Dankort

  • PayPal

  • MobilePay

Your card is only charged when your order is dispatched from our warehouse. We never charge more than the amount you authorized at checkout. Payment is processed by our payment provider using industry-standard PCI-DSS security; we do not store your card details on our servers.

4. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Your order is confirmed only when you receive our order confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order — for example, in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues — and will refund any payment received in full if we do so.

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days. Orders placed before 12:00 CET on a business day will, where possible, be dispatched the same day. Delivery times after dispatch depend on the destination country and the carrier — see our Shipping Policy for details.

5. Shipping, Delivery, and Customs

We ship throughout the European Union with free shipping, and to selected countries outside the EU on request. Full details — including carriers and estimated delivery windows — are in our Shipping Policy.

All estimated delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather, strikes, or other events outside our reasonable control. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers the package to your address or nominated pick-up point.

For shipments outside the EU, we ship on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. This means the price you pay at checkout does not include customs duties, import VAT, or handling fees charged by the destination country. These are payable by you on delivery. We recommend checking your country's import rules before ordering.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

Our return window is 100 days from the date you receive your order — significantly longer than the 14-day minimum required under EU law. During this period, you can return any unused item for a full refund. We pay the return shipping cost in all markets we serve.

Full instructions — including condition requirements, how to create a return label, the return address, and refund timing — are in our Return & Refund Policy. Please read it before returning an item.

Under Article 16 of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized. We do not currently sell such items, but this exception may apply to any personalized orders in the future.

7. Warranty and Complaints (24 months)

Under Danish and EU consumer law, you have a 24-month right to complain (reklamationsret) about defects present at the time of delivery. If a product develops a defect that is not the result of normal wear and tear, misuse, or incorrect care, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, refund, or price reduction, depending on the circumstances.

To make a complaint, email us at info@wool2fit.com with your order number, a description of the defect, and photos where relevant. Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after you discover the defect — complaints made within two months of discovery are always considered timely.

This statutory warranty is in addition to your 100-day return right and does not affect it.

8. Personal Data

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have under the GDPR. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on wool2fit.com — including text, images, logos, product designs, and page layouts — is owned by Wool2fit or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may view and share content for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use — including reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use — requires our prior written permission.

10. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot legally be limited under Danish or EU consumer law.

Subject to the above, our total liability arising out of or in connection with your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost opportunity, or loss of data.

11. Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint that we cannot resolve directly, EU consumers have the right to submit disputes to the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Danish consumers may also contact the Danish Consumer Complaints Board (Forbrugerklagenævnet) at Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, Denmark — naevneneshus.dk.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Danish law. Any dispute arising from a purchase is subject to the jurisdiction of the Danish courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have in your country of residence under EU law.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business, legal requirements, or for other operational reasons. The current version is always available on this page, with the "Last updated" date at the top. Your continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
